to announce the recruitment of Richard C. Gallagher to the position of Chief
Executive Officer and President at Chartered Benefit Services, a
leader in providing fee enhancement consumer
services to the financial services industry (www.charteredbenefit.com). As President, Mr. Gallagher will
lead the formulation of the company’s future
strategic vision, with an emphasis on evolving the business into new areas of
growth. Mr.
Gallagher was most recently Vice Chairman of Rapp Collins Worldwide,
a world leader in marketing services and customer
relationship management.
He was also President & COO of The Signature
Group, and a Senior Vice President with First Chicago Corporation, now Bank
One, leading Administration restructuring, Cash Management and the Chicago
Flood Crisis of 1992. He holds a
B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an M.P.A. from
Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
He served as an Officer in the United States Army during Vietnam and
was a Senior Analyst on the White House Staff, National Security Council.
