Brad Nassar is a
Partner and Head of the Financial Services Practice at Martin Partners based
in Chicago. Martin Partners is a national firm that provides a full suite of
services including Executive and Mid-Management search as well as larger
Enterprise and On-site programs tailored for each client.
With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry Brad
brings a unique combination of financial industry and search experience. This
allows him to intimately understand his clients’ needs and provide the
difficult-to-attract proven talent critical to their success. Additionally,
Brad’s experience in large corporate and small boutique, high growth firms is
the basis for his keen evaluations of executives compatible with client
cultures and needs.
A member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, Brad serves a broad spectrum of clients throughout the industry. He specializes in conducting searches for asset management and private wealth management, investment banking, hedge funds, and family offices. Brad’s practice focus cuts across functional lines to include portfolio management, distribution, finance, administration, operations, technology, and compliance. Brad’s thorough understanding of clients’ products and competitive environments is a by-product of his career in the financial services industry. Prior to starting his career in executive search, Brad held senior sales and relationship management positions with Merrill Lynch, Advisory Research Incorporated (a value equity manager), and National City Bank.
Over the years Brad has been an active member in the community, coaching youth sports, serving as a Board Member and District Endorser for the NWO Tennis Association, as well as, having supported charities, such as Make-A-Wish Foundation. Brad is a current Board Member for the Sue Duncan Children's Center.
