Kathleen Hajek is a Partner with Martin Partners, L.L.C.  Ms. Hajek specializes in the Managed Care sector, including Hospitals, HMO's and other Short and Long Term Care facilities.

Ms. Hajek has fifteen years of executive recruiting experience and worked for Heidrick & Struggles before joining Martin Partners in 1996. Prior to executive search, she directed industry recruiting for Deloitte Consulting, as well as campus recruiting at graduate and undergraduate levels.

Ms.Hajek was raised in Farmington Hills, Michigan.  She attended the University of Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in History of Art.  Ms. Hajek and her family reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  She is a member of Egypt Valley Country Club, Grand Rapids Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association, Frederik Meijer Gardens and Ada Village Preschool Board.  She and her family are actively involved with Ada Bible Church and enjoy community service.
